Smart Snacking:  Are you a snacker like I am?  LOL!  Keep a stash of nourishing snacks in your office or bag to curb unhealthy cravings and provide sustained energy throughout the day.  Choose nutrient-dense options like fresh fruit, nuts, Greek yogurt, or cut-up vegetables with hummus.  Trust that planning and preparing these snacks ahead of time will help you make smarter choices and resist the temptation of unhealthy alternatives.

  3. Eating Mindfully:  Practice mindful eating by slowing down and savoring each bite. Avoid eating at your desk or while multitasking. (This may be a tough one…but give it a try!)
